WARRANTY POLICY:
Overall CCP PARTS aims to provide clear and comprehensive coverage for each product, we offer warranties ranging from 30 days to a lifetime depending on the product. Our goal is to provide peace of mind for our customers when purchasing our products, knowing that they can return them for store credit or exchange if any issues arise.
See below a breakdown of our Warranty Coverage:
Parts: Lifetime warranty covering any issues that may occur with the part, except for physical or internal damage. Customers can return the part for store credit or exchange.
Batteries: One-year warranty covering any defects that may occur with the battery within a year of purchase, as long as there is no physical damage to the battery. Customers can return the battery for a credit back or exchange.
Tools: 30-day warranty covering any manufacturing defects with the tools. Customers can return the product for a credit back or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Pre-Owned Devices: 90-day warranty covering any defects that may occur with the device within 90 days of purchase. Customers must remove any personal data or information on the device before returning it. The return credit will be based on the current selling price of the day you receive the device for return.
RETURNING A PART NOT USED/ NOT NEEDED:
We understand that sometimes our customers may order parts that they end up not needing, or parts that may show signs of wear and tear during use. That's why we want to assure our customers that we will still cover them under our warranty policy, even if the part is not in perfect condition.
Our goal is to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, and that includes providing a hassle-free return process for parts that are not needed or that show signs of wear and tear. We believe that this is an important service to offer, especially for customers who need to keep parts in their inventory for future use.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our customers have the option to exchange a product or receive store credit. We believe in providing our customers with the flexibility to choose the option that works best for them.
We do not charge any reshipping fee and the exchanged product will be shipped to the customer for free via UPS Ground or USPS First Class shipping depending on the product. We want to make the exchange process as seamless as possible for our customers, and ensuring that there are no additional costs is one way we do that.
We do not charge any restocking fees for exchanged products. We believe that it's not fair to penalize our customers for something that is not their fault, and we want to make sure that the exchange process is hassle-free and fair.
