Overall, CCP PARTS aims to provide clear and comprehensive coverage for each product. We offer warranties ranging from 30 days to 12 months, depending on the product. Our goal is to provide peace of mind for our customers when purchasing our products, knowing that they can return them for store credit or exchange them if any issues arise.

Return & Exchanges Process Time:
Typically, the RMA process takes 3-5 business days after the item arrives at our location. You can only return a product with an RMA number. In order to acquire an RMA number, you must first initiate the RMA procedure on our website from your account. Only then may you return the item that you wish to return.

Please be aware that some RMA’s can take longer due to items receive without RMA number, backlogs and shipping errors.
Eligible for Return:
Unused or no longer needed items: To qualify for our 12-month warranty, the item must be in its original condition and original packaging and should not have scratches, cracks, ripped flex cable, or show any signs of being used. The return credit will be based on the current selling price of the day we receive the item for return.
Defective Items: Items classified as defective must show no signs of use or installation. It is required to perform a dry test on LCD screens, digitizers, batteries, and other replacement parts by connecting the flex to the logic board to check their functionality prior to any repair. Please note that refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of installation, scratches, cracks, adhesive residue, or wear and tear, as these indicate that the product has been altered with and is therefore ineligible for return.
Batteries:
30-Days warranty covering any defects that may occur with the battery, as long as there is no physical damage to the battery. Customers can return the battery for a store credit.
Pre-Owned Devices:
90-Days warranty covering any defects that may occur with the device within 90 days of purchase. Customers must remove any personal data or information on the device before returning it. The return credit will be based on the current selling price of the day we receive the device for return.
Tools - Supplies & Accessories:
All tools and accessories comes with a 30-Days Manufacturing Warranty (unless otherwise specified).
Please note that all sales of products under Tools-Supplies and Accessories are final unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
If you discover any defects or issues within 30 days of your purchase, you can return the product to us for a store credit.
This warranty does not cover physical damage or excessive wear and tear that may have caused the defect.
